Inn keeper

Does anyone here have any experience being an inn keeper or have and manage vacation cottages. We have two small lakefront cottages that have an old historic amusement park across the lake. Once they are rehabbed, we feel they will give us a great return on our investment. I wonder how to learn about occupancy rates and how to charge, advertise and manage them. Thanks any input is greatly appreciated!!
