Hi, I was wondering if anyone has a preferred source they use for local market research for use in trying to decide which markets they'd like to invest in. I've tried the NAR website but you have to be a card carrying member, and they don't make it easy to purchase one off market reports if you are not (at least I couldn't figure out how). Anyone have any good sources (websites or otherwise) they could refer me to? Thanks!
