Looking for Real Estate Broker in Tacoma WA

Hello BP Community,

My husband and I are looking for a real estate broker in the Tacoma area. Preferably someone with extensive knowledge of the city and who already invests in the area. We are looking to buy a small multi family 2-4plex or possibly a SF with a mother in law. We have 50K for a downpayment. We want to stay under 300K. We are looking for a buy and hold property. Any referrals would greatly be appreciated. Thank you
