Does anyone have experience with BidSelect.com?

I put a bid on a property through my RE Agents on BidSelect.com. The bid has been accepted, papers were drown, addendum has been issued as well as cashier check for $1,000 earnest money.
Immediately thereafter, the property was shown on the action site as "Under contract" however the property was still "active" on the MLS site. I called my agent on Thursday to find out what's going on and he conversed with the seller's agent who acknowledge the acceptance of the deal, but claimed that they are overwhelmed with contracts and it just take time.

Today, my agent gets the following e-mail.

I never canceled the offer, certainly my agent didn't do it. I wonder what that is and further more, I wonder if anyone dealt with any of those companies
