I want to see if this is possible and how to approach the owner if so. Do i approach same as i would any other seller? It's a older couple and they have a few houses in the area. I had a fellow wholesaler reach out to them to see if they were even interested in selling some of their properties and they are. Just not sure how to go about it since I'm renting the home i want to flip. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
