I am a new member of Bigger Pockets, also for real estate business so I want to ask you as someone know about 40K flip master class who conducted by Josh Cantwell or Marko Rubel Unlimited Funding Program? because I am excited to make money with real estate but I found there is a lot of courses and gurus want to sell their products only but does not provide what exactly they told and also they told like if you are complete beginner or don't have any experience you can make money so I want honest opinion for those courses. (Sometime I thought if they earn millions from their strategy then why they weast their time with teaching?) I appreciate your supports if you provide me answer.
