Indiana Rental Properties

Could I get some feedback about Indiana rentals?  Specifically in the Vincennes, or Bicknell, IN area?  I know someone that owns some property over there & is wanting to get out.   Real estate is relatively cheap from what I can tell but I don't know anything about the area.  Seems very small & rural - but are these areas growing at all?  I know there is a university in Vincennes but are there any other major employers? Thanks!

We just bought a package north of fort wayne, Butler, Waterloo, Aubern etc.  from what we have seen so far the market is strong which is good because we will need to sell a few of these to pay for the rehab on the others.
