Driving for Dollars VS Lead Websites

Hi BP,

I just did a Drive for Dollars today.

I found 12 houses that I want to look into.

Is my next step to go to the County Assessor to find their information (http://assessor.lacounty.gov)? If so, I can't seem to find where to get their information.

Also, would many of the properties I find by Driving for Dollars NOT be on the lead websites such as listsource?

Yes. For D4D check out our Explore feature. GPS feature shows you every property around you as you drive with a moving map. It shows value, equity, foreclosure status, listing status, owner occupied, etc. When you see a property you like just click on it for a few property profile include owners name and mailing address, transaction history, value, equity, comps, etc.
