Looking to buy SF & MF in Indianapolis area but willing to explore north west indy & other cities as well. What are the best parts of Indiana to invest in? What are your experiences in those areas?

Jordan my advice is to buy from any area where the ARVs are over 50k.  That will get rid of most of the bad areas.

    Jordan, you are right here in Indy.  Buy here where you can keep you eye on it.  Hundreds of investors want to invest in Indianapolis and it would be so much easier for you because you can drive to the areas and make sure they are good.  I will PM you.

    Hi Jordan! We have had great experience in Anderson! price to rent ratios are better than what you will find in Indy, good tenant quality and rental demand as well as lower taxes.
