Accountant to get setup.

Hi BP Friends, 

I have been steadily growing my BRRRR business and I am in the need of an accountant whom can help me set things up correctly from the get go and understands real estate, bookkeeping and strategies for mitigating tax nightmares. I am in Miami, FL and I am looking for some recommendations. My portfolio is currently less than 5 properties but we are growing at avg. 1 a month. Looking for this accountant to be sensitive to the small size of the business and be looking to grow together with us. Loyalty is key. Thanks for any tips!
