Equations and Break Evens
Hello BP community! I am in the process of filtering through listings trying to find candidates for rental properties. What are some of the more popular "equations" or "breakevens" that I should run on a property? I am looking for commonly used equations that will help me decide if the property will cash flow around $400-600. Thanks everyone!
