Hi,

I should first say that I am brand to real estate investing but I am ready to get started. I am particularly interested in buy and hold and rehab out of state (I live in San Francisco). Anyone doing this that would be willing to share how to get started or even maybe willing to partner up? Thank you for your help!

Hey @Steven Gesis! Thanks for the welcome. I'd love to connect and see what opportunities there are in Cleveland. I'll send you a colleague request.

Walter Minja I've been looking into Houston and Detroit. Want to start with a single family as I've been told is easier.

What is your plan for the high TX real estate taxes and the CA income taxes?
