I am diving in to the Real Estate Game. I will try to Fix and Flip First. Then get some cash flow.

I have read several posts on here about Renatus Education.  I will make this as short as possible for you guys. 

I found a card on my car >>> said call if you want to make $10,000-$15,000 a week PT/FT

I texted and was called.

They sent me a 15 min video

Then I was invited to a seminar  about fix and flip for free. I met the person who marketed the Business card and their mentors. Seminar was for members/students/guests to learn about Fix and Flip by a really good qualified instructor which after showed a home their working on. There was no selling or sales pitches involved at this seminar. 

Next, they send me the next 3 videos which really pretty much showed how W2 workers life sucked, which is the truth and their is wealth in real estate investing. These videos pretty much make you realize that you just work and have no quality of life or time with your family, which is pretty sad if you really think about it.

So next I meet with the Main Mentor, and he pretty much asks me to tell him why I am here and what do I want. Pretty much reflected on the sad W2 life style I was living and want out so I can spend time with my family. 

So he then drew my financial status on a white bored. Which by the way is OK and better then lots of other people. I am an Engineer just a bit over 6 figures. 

Questions were, how much I make at my Job , how much credit card cards I have and how much I owe. And what do I have in savings.  This was to pretty much see the options I have to fund this Renatus Education, which is 3 packages, $2,000, $8,000 and $20,000.  It was my choice which one I wanted, there was no pressure at all from them. I was there based on the videos and liked the real estate community which were good and nice people like me that were already students. Some W2 workers, realtors, investors etc.

I found some videos of a instructor of renatus named Mark J Kohler on youtube. Let me just say this guy is a professional CPA/Attorney. This guy puts it down on some of these short pre-videos about taxes, corporations, LLC, DBA's etc. I never learned so much in those 25-40 mins of my life.

So here are my points :

I went to their office and said, show me who makes the money on this package I buy. 

$20,000 package, my certified  mentor makes $9,000 and the business card person makes $500, and another person makes $500.00. If I buy this package of $20,000 and sell 2 just like them, I become certified, then start making $9000 a each sale. Now this is happening while I have access to All these videos that from I hear are the best with this package. Life time access and they update. live webinars, one to one mentoring, and having my local community mentor me also. everything from fix and flip, whole sale, notes, taxes, cash flow, and pretty much getting my life together financially. 

This is the way I see this I can continue this RAT RACE and pay my mortgage which will cost me $300,000 more which is mostly everybody case in a 30 year mortgage and be stuck in this way of life. 

Or, spend pretty my savings or all my credit cards to pay this $20,000 and learn how to pay my mortgage in 7 years or less making the same amount of money on my w2 job. Also learning from these videos and community. Hope that I sell some education so I can pay back my savings or credit cards. From what I keep hearing, there are lots of ways of putting none of my money down to fix and flip. The group states they have private money lenders and watch my progress of learning and not be a liability and become a asset  so I can get some funds and get started.  

So were else can I get all these things handed to me in one place??

taxes, write off's, forming a business, what kind of business, whole sale, cash flow, rentals, fix and flip, live webinars, one on one webinars, local mentoring, local group mentoring, participation on a fix and flip when I become asset, marketing the education while I learn real estate, and most important I also learn this from the people that are starting and people that are doing it already.  

So what do spend my Savings and Hope!
