How do I leverage properties I own flat out

Working on my 6th property. This is the first time I did this type of deal. I have a contract but since I do not have consistent work history, I having a hard time closing this deal My DTI IS GREAT 43% Any ideas th could help. I also have two properties that I owe flat out. I am willing to leverage those to move forward.

@Damien Ray go talk to a local portfolio lender.

You can either finance any properties that have seasoned or ask for their commercial division and get a LoC.
