Hey everyone, 

Is an inspection charge per unit? Or for the property?

Our inspector is charging us double the price for duplex in Baltimore, MD [$500]. 

Is this typical? 

Also, if you can refer an inspector with better rates covering the city, please inbox me. Thanks! - Ola
