I'm a newly license real estate agent, my broker gave me a condo to sell, and I'm excited. I wanted a idea what's the best way to advise, market the condo.

@Jack Presen I would think it would be best to team up with another agent in your office who has experience so you can learn what to do properly.  Don't attempt to wing it just because you want a higher commission.   You won't be doing the right job for the seller.    Any advice you could get here on BP will in no means compare to hands on experience of working with an experienced agent.
