I always say  I hate the word investor friendly I rather say investor who invest himself. So we can both speak the same language. Huge difference between a realtor who just sells retail versus one who invest him or herself. @Bonnie Laslo look here up as well she run about 20 some thing realtors under her who all understand investments and invest them selves.

@Michael Bowman we need to meet up as I might have some business for you on the management side coming soon.
