Multiplexes in Orlando area
Hello everyone,
Currently I try to get into multiplexes. However, I live in the Orlando area and I really have a hard time to find any. I guess Florida in general or Orlando specifically is not a good area to get multiplexes because they rarely exist.
Does anyone of you know good places in the greater Orlando are for multiplexes? If not, any good areas / cities going up the east coast?
Many thanks in advance, I appreciate any help.

Hey @Fabian G., Orlando is notoriously short on residential multi-unit properties.
I'm working with a client now who's looking for something similar, and we're looking out in the tampa area currently.
Things pop up in the Orlando area every once in a while, but they are few and far between.
@Flavio Zanetti, yes there is a small neighborhood of 4-plexes almost across the street from UCF. The ones I visited needed A LOT of work, and were overpriced to the point that there would be no cash flow.
