punishing vendors for turning down offers?
Hi all,
Submitted a fair offer to a couple for a house. They turned it down to test the market. The market is poor and they have come back looking to deal. Would you maintain the original offer or reduce it, as they have wasted your time and used you as a safety net while trying the market?
thanks for any advice
