SURRENDING PROPERTY
HI BP NATION. I HAVE A QUESTION. MY WIFE AND MOTHER-IN-LAW OWN A PROPERTY TOGETHER. MY WIFE IS ONLY ON THE TITLE. MY MOTHER-IN-LAW WANTS TO SURRENDER THE PROPERTY (TITLE AND LOAN) TO MY WIFE, BUT WE ARE NOT SURE IF THAT IS POSSIBLE.
