Question for Metro Atlanta buy and hold investors... How much net cash flow do you look for, per door, in a duplex, triplex and quad in the suburbs? Purchase price $80K to $120K and currently rented. Same as normal for me. 12% COC using 60% of gross yearly rents. Thats what I did for my East Lake Duplex. 4-sides brick preferred.
