Foreclosure Reality ... The picture is worth a 1000 words

I posted the following on my social networks today and it's been blowing up. The Florida foreclosure market, as well as other markets, I am sure, is being orchestrated mainly by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. They are without a doubt manipulating what shows up in the MLS. It's the MLS stats that are reported to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) that help determine the status of the housing market. It's plain to see, the so called shortage of inventory, is not low by any means, well at least not in Florida. However they make it appear to be low by manipulating what data is publically available to keep property prices escalating. I believe there could be some excellent deals being overlooked with foreclosure inventory.

Check your facts -- that Forclosure.com listing results page includes more than 11,000 tax lien properties, and a number of other non-listed property types.
