I am a new investor in the Birmingham Alabama area. How is the market in this area? Any tips or ideas would be appreciated. Thank you!

@Danny Wynn, BHAM IS A GREAT MARKET! We love it, and so do our clients. Great cash flow returns, good rental rates compared to sale, and we have seen some incredible returns. We in fact have clients from out of state and internationally that we often help them purchase an already established rental, with tenants, cash flowing, and property management in place.

Wonderful city, good luck and PM me if you would ever like to discuss further!
