Hey everyone, I'm purchasing a property next week but has about $5000 in back taxes and fees. Has anyone ever had luck in getting the county to waive the late tax fees when purchased? It's several hundred bucks - not sure if it's worth a lot of effort, but it would be nice. Thoughts?
