Hello Everyone! So my father recently got engaged to his girlfriend. Nothing special about that except for the fact that she's worth over $50,000,000. She isn't very protective of her money and her main goal is just making sure her three kids lives and mine a successful. Over the past year she has bought 3 Apartments and 1 condo because she wanted to invest in real estate. The problem is that it has become to stressful to her and she hates being a land lord. That being said she has talked about potentially investing in more properties down the road. The plan that me and my father have discussed is for me to manage the properties once I graduate. Then sometime after my first year of managing I plan to write a business plan to invest in more properties. We have brought this up to her and she seemed open to it saying "will see when the time comes". My goal is to at the end of the five years sell the new properties added under my management, then split the profit with my family. My question to my readers is what do I invest in? I've seen these amazing success stories of people making profits with no money to start on this website, this is why I see big potential if I could get potentially millions from my family to invest. Any advice would be awesome thanks guys!

Invest in learning about real estate. All the different fields in real estate are quite profitable for the people who are the best at them. While I have nowhere near the net worth she does, I know the temptation to stop looking for amazing deals can creep in once you have a little bit of money. Single family, multi-family, and commercial properties all have great potential to be very profitable, but you need to know your market(s), and the real estate business extremely well in order to be highly profitable.

The people who make profits with no money are the ones who found an amazing deal. Once you have an amazing deal, finding someone to finance it is much easier. You already have the financing lined up, now go out and find some awesome deals and become an expert in the field you choose! Maybe not exactly the answer you were hoping for, but I hope it helps. Good luck!
