First invest in Indianapoliss

Hi BP  member.

I am from Israel and belive it time to buy in USA.

I already have 2 property in Atlanta GA.

I intersted in cash flow.

I think that Indianapoliss is good market for me.i was thinking to invest in suburn.

I have 75k for start i cant get a mortgage.

Who know good Broker that works with investor?or anyone i csn follow in BP

    Hi @Adi Dahan, congrats on the 2 properties in Atlanta... Indianapolis is certainly a good option if you want steady cashflow.  The midwest is prime for consistent and stable returns without the risk of huge downward swings.
