I need some legal binding forms

Hello BP community,

I have some leads on Subject to and Lease-Option.. But I don't know where to obtain the following forms:

1) Authorization to Release Information

2) Grant, Bargain, and Sale Deed

3) Limited Power of Attorney

4) Binding Legal Agreement

I've taken the first step.. Which is finding leads.. But right now I'm stuck.. Without the paper work..

Do I see a lawyer or a real estate broker?

What do you guys recommend?

Getting the deal before you need The forms I don't think is a good idea

A sale and purchase agreement  taking all loans  subject to existing financing  Is what you want

In Texas see www.loneStarlandlaw.com
