Best Credit Card!

Now that Home Depot stopped giving the %5 match discount, I have no reason to keep using that worthless credit card.  I pay off all my personal credit cards monthly and I am looking for something that gives me perks, points, ect.  I have my personal credit cards with discover which has rotating cash back programs and a master card that is !% back on everything.  But I am wanting something to use for all my real estate needs to help keep easy records.

What do you guys recommend?

Also would it make any sense to get one in the name of an LLC to start building credit? I don't have an LLC yet but I will in a few years.

Which ones do you guys like?  Thanks.
