Regarding first project
I've been thinking regarding possible ways for me and my wife to fund our first project. We've decided to go with multi family homes mostly 3/1 or 3/2 for now and possibly a rental in the future. Our goal is to get this going this year . But we've been thinking about private lending as opposed to conventional loan or anything that has to deal with the bank. I've listened to a few podcast and read a few books on private lending and we come to a conclusion that private lending with terms in place is more ideal for the start of our business. Now that we have a plan in place how do we go about retrieving that fund to get started. Anyone with experience with that specific situation please feel free to elaborate. Thank you
