Dealing with More Expensive Houses

Hi Everyone,

A house a came across my radar yesterday that is more expensive than the houses that I have been dealing with. I am used to buying houses around the 150k mark and flipping for 250k and up.  This house is listed at 300k and all the houses are being sold in the 530k area. Obviously I will be paying more for repairs because the house is bigger but what other more expensive things will I be looking at. I want it to look like a 500k house not at 500k house with 300k appliances in it.

Thanks ahead of time.
