Moving Fast..

Hey BPer's,

I have another property under contract, this one was a little different then I am used to.

Generally I would use a RE agent and closing would usually take a few weeks/months at most. This time I decided to cut out the RE agent partly because she wasn't bringing good deals and I didn't want to pay the $395 broker fee anymore. 

So I used a wholesaler, it was a COMPLETELY different experience. I received an email from him at 8pm checked it out at 9pm and we had an agreement by 10 am the next morning. Set to close in a week or so. This was so completely out of the ordinary, I had no idea it would move that fast. I like fast, but man seemed like I was jumping in to quickly, since everything happened so rapidly. 

Not sure I know where I am going with this, guess I just wanted to vent, because I feel like I did something wrong by the process moving so fast, I didn't have enough time to digest everything, as far as my eyes could see it looks to be a good deal.

*caveat, I also had no idea how much a wholesaler makes on a sale, they will be making 8k on this deal...definitely gave me an nudge to start looking into wholesaling I had never considered it before.
