Yellow Letters

Good morning! I am looking to send out some letters to some potential property owners. This is my first time doing this so I want to go about doing it more cost effective and do them myself instead of paying for them to be done. What are some examples of what you write? do you always include the property address? Do you hand wrote them or type them? I appreciate the advice thanks all!
