auctions?
found a great place, looking at getting started with my first deal. Working on the financing part of things with a hard money lender. My question is this, the place is going to auction, already listed on the auction site. Is there still a way to possibly work things with the bank, or is it past that stage and now must go to auction? If so how do you find out who to discuss the property with to possibly get it before it even goes to auction?
thanks
