Denver/surrounding communities have been tabbed by Zillow and others as one of the hottest markets in the country for 2016.  For those in the Denver area, what are your plans?

Continue to find unique on and off market deals to flip and wholesale.

Just like every year.

Doubt 2016 will be any worse than 2015 as far as low inventory is concerned, its wholly unsustainable.  Problem is finding deals, a well trained Labrador could sell a house in this market.  The key for agents will be adding as much value as possible, the key for investors will be to get super creative to find those out there who need to sell now and will trade price for terms.
