Not allowed to view property until you are under contract??
Hey BP community,
I am looking at a 10 unit property in Cincinnati, Ohio that says "offer by court appointed receiver." I had my agent reach out to set up a showing and they said that you are not allowed to view the property until you are under contract. Not sure if this is common or if this is something that should cause concern?? Any input would be appreciated! Thanks
