We are new real estate investors at bestofferproperties.com and we are looking to build our cash buyers list to wholesale Baltimore area properties. We have placed ads on Craig's List and are searching for auctions to attend and REIA meetings. What is the best way to build our buyers list fast as well as connect with Baltimore cash buyers on this forum?
