threatens to call the police on me because i called them
i called an expired listing today to speak with some lady. that ladies mother answered and said i cant speak to her daugther regarding her expired listing.
she said she is going to call the police on me for harrassment if i call again.
would anything happen if i called again?
Different expired listing- i called this lady. she said she is going to sell it after the holidays. i called her about 6 times and she wouldnt answer, i sent her an email and she said she is clearly ignoring my phone calls and if i contact her again she is calling the cops on me.
this has never happened to me, but for some reason it happened twice in one day.
will anything withstand if i were to contact them again?

Obviously, you should move on. Also, over what time span did you call this person 6 times? That seems excessive. You can't force a deal to happen.
