How to turn equity into a new rental property?
Hello! New to the group and very excited. Thanks for your advice in advance.
I have one rental property in Alabama. I currently owe just under $33 and have $23 in equity in this property. Is there any way that I can use that to purchase another rental property? I tried to refinance the house, but the bank said that they wouldn't allow that on a investment property. Any suggestions? Thanks!
