Where are the best yields?

Hi all,

I was hoping to get your opinions about an idea that I am working on.
I have come to believe that finding where to invest is very complicated as calculating average prices per type of property and the average rent for each postcode across the country (or the world) would take a lifetime.

However, as a property investor, what you care about is the yield, no?

I am therefore thinking about a service (Website or Excel spreadsheet) which would help investors find where the best yields in the country are based on extensive research.

What do you think? Would this be useful to you?

Many thanks,

Seb
