Proposing a Deal
I am brand spanking new to investing. My wife and I bought one side of a duplex and are currently living in it. We have a neighbor on the other side. My goal is to buy the other side and rent it out. But obviously you cant force someone to sell their home. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I could go about acquiring the other side our duplex?
