Thanks goes out to all within BP whom I've spoken too or who have quietly helped me with my first wholesale deal whether thru posts made or comments on other members posts. Thanks goes also to the many podcasts and the Ultimate guide that has been provided! I have accomplished a major step and am eagerly working on 2 more deals (multi family and a single) that I now have the confidence and education to approach and legally wholesale. This site and community is awesome!! To all newbies I cannot stress enough how important it is to read, listen, ask questions, and JUMP IN! I made a goal in November and haven't looked back!!
