Should i use existing equity for a downpayment??
Hi everyone! I currently own a duplex and have $40,000 in existing equity.(im also living in one of the units) Im looking to acquire another duplex soon around the $130,000 price range, but i do not have a lot of funds saved for a down payment. Would it be wise to use my equity out of my current duplex? Any thoughts are appreciated! Thanks
