Let's get 2016 started off right- looking for a partner
Hey BPers, I wanted to reach out on here and see if I could find a partner to collaborate with on deals going forward so we can make some money together in 2016. I live in Clearwater so would be looking to do more deals here in the area, or Oldsmar, St. Pete, maybe a little in Tampa. Basically looking for Pinellas or Pasco County.
Briefly about me: quit W2 job in May 2015 to go full time in RE investing, flips/wholesales, etc. Flipped a few houses on my own, worked as project manager in charge of rehab for out of state investor, partnered with another out of area investor where I provided funds for rehab and ran rehab, and took on a few listings for sellers.
I am on here because I am stuck in a rut. I am the sole breadwinner for a wife and 2 year old and one on the way. I have a duplex I plan to sell on here in the next few weeks. I want to flip/wholesale houses faster than I can do on my own. Up to this point I have done it all alone. Make all decisions regarding style, design, materials, etc. Have funded my own deals, but I want to flip them faster than I am currently using only my own capital.
I am not looking for just a financial partner, I have resources I can allocate. I am also not looking for a partner who has no sufficient capital to put in as well. I would love to find someone to do 50/50 deals with, shared capital, shared responsibilities, etc. Working for yourself is great but I really enjoy working as a team, working towards a common goal. It is nice not having to answer to a boss or work a set schedule but I need a partner to help motivate me.
You don't necessarily have to live in the area but it is a plus. Like I said before, I have done partnerships where I was the only "boots on the ground". It is just easier with a partner who is also local who can view the property with me on a regular basis as well as help with purchasing materials, etc.
If you are interested in making some money in this area with me in 2016 send me a message or email. I would love to talk to you more.

Brandon,
I myself live in the same area, tarpon Springs to be exact. I don't necessarily have large enough funds to go 50/50 on a big projects but I do have some funds. I'm a GC that deals mainly with investors for buy/ holds and flips, Ive been making other people wealthy and now I want to start getting percentage of the jobs instead of just getting paid to do the work.
If you're interested in a partner that does the construction aspect, we should definitely meet, I would love to go on some deals with you and see if I partnership can work.
