Hello BP,

    I want to buy a 2 Bedroom home in Gainesville, FL (preferably somewhere near the UF campus e.g., Midtown). I plan living in one room, and renting out the other room to students at the University of Florida. I am not sure where to start. How do I make this happen? Any advice?
