How do I find buyers of turnkey portfolios in Jacksonville, FL???

 Please help BP I'm not new to BP podcast but this is my first post! So hopefully it goes well!

I am not familiar with the Jacksonville, FL RE community. So I have no idea who, or how I will find buyers of turnkey properties! I have been a part of numerous RE transactions but this specific opportunity that I have has been challenging due to not really knowing REI's in that area of the country. Any suggestions?
