Well 2015 did me very well being my first full year in real estate and real estate investing and only being 20 years old. I will close on my third rental property in the next week or so and very excited about it. It was a foreclosure and I ended up getting it for $35,000!!!!! Comps support in the mid to upper 60s!! It's a 3bd/2ba and those seem to be renting around $850-$950 in the area so I am very excited about adding this property to my collection! Big plans for 2016 in upstate SC!
