Acquiring money to Invest W/O a Trust fund or Mom and Dads.

This is a question that I run into a lot. How do I find money to start Investing on my own, especially when starting from poverty?

The only ways that I've seen to accumulate hundreds of thousands of dollars in a short amount of time is honestly 1. Through good credit. 2. Through a family member. 3. Honest hard work

(1) Good Credit- With good credit you have the world in the palms of your hands literally, with good credit the sky is the limit, I'm joking, your credit limit is your limit. Through applying for credit you can see exactly what you may qualify for and if your score is good enough you can indeed get the money you're looking for.

(2) Family Member- You can clearly understand where this is going, not to say its rare because I have friends who also invest that were lucky to come from a home with wealth, if you have a family member who left you money or who simply gave you money to go play monopoly with then consider yourself one of the lucky ones. While this may seem like a life or an opportunity that everyone wish they had you must know most of the times it doesn't work out and the individual usually loses big time due to lack of knowledge. This of course depends on the individual, skill level, and a lot more things that I chose not to list in this session. 

(3) HARDWORK- This is the one thing that 99% of the people who do Real Estate are afraid of, Hard Work. I can go on all day about hard work but I rather give you a life lesson. I work with over 100+ agents alone, to make this a faster process ill slice the number in half, so basically out of every 50 literally 48 of the agents sit in the office everyday, the other 2 are actually engaged with the clients and work outside of the office only going to the office for routine meetings and closings. Out of the two agents one guy I have worked with and groomed since last year, and a next guy I won't say name I literally met on bigger pockets and spoke to him yesterday. These guys are never in the office wasting time and always out of the office dealing directly with clients, So far those two are the only ones that bought me actual deals that were not cycled thru MLS or packaged thru a wholesaler with 10 other "investors" who need to get paid on the deal that showed the same deal to every other investor in the tri-state area. Honestly not to be too blunt but the 48 agents that have been in the office has been literally had the same 1 or 2 deals that theyve had since I met them, and the deals are dead in the water their Christmas is over for and I don't know what they will say to their families. The one agent that I've worked with have bought me over 10 deals this year, and is actually going to let go of his license and start investing in January. The agent that I recently spoke to yesterday as soon as we got off the phone sent me over a file and it's being looked over as we speak, if everything goes well he will have a great Christmas and New years. The (2) agents are always out of the office finding new deals to place in the pipeline, their work ethic is hard to find, they make it their job to find new clients daily and the thing that makes them different from others are that they are willing to do things that others cannot.

Hopefully out if this session you realized that with out the first (2) choices the only choice that you're actually left with to really Acquire  money to start Investin, is with hard work.

In any event I am an All Cash Buyer in the NYC area. I don't have hard money, I have my own money. I do not have to ask, wait or borrow from anyone, if the deal makes sense and I want it I will buy it. Hands down. Looking for Pre-FOR CLOSURES,  and Straight Cash deals. Single to 3 family homes only, no bed study, bushwick or newly area being gentrified I'm not in for the rat race or padded numbers. If it's a good deal send it. 3476704933 - Nick
