Hi All -- I'm looking for an area to buy a home in Nashville, TN area.  It should be in the surrounding areas not metro center.  Budget less than $200,000.  And, I'm not sure what area to focus on and buy into -- that would be a good, healthy place to live but also invest in ... I was researching White House, Joelton, Goodlesville, etc ... Ideally, I'd like a little country feel, but not too far away from interstate access ... 

Thoughts from people who are familiar with what's going on?
