Hello, I have 4 homes in 3 states and live in California. I am looking to start an LLC now. Which state is best for that? I've heard Nevada, Utah or Delaware. Any help would be great.

The short answer is check with your RE attorney.

The slightly longer answer is the state in which each property is located.
