Thoughts on Columbus OH for Investment Rentals

Hello,

Seems more research I do, people are talking about Cleveland, Dayton, Toledo, and Cincinnati for investments.  Not so much Columbus.  Anyone have any feedback or experience with purchasing rental properties here?  If so, how has the experience been? Returns?  Which area's to avoid? 

I'm actually flying out next week to check the area's myself first hand.  Still would like to hear the community's input.
